MeBloom ships to following countries:

Dear mom, please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your MeBloom product(s), according to the legal rights of withdrawal, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Delivery costs are carried out by you.

According to § 18 FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. (i.e. already opened and used belly sheet mask)

Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. In addition, if the products have been used several times and therefore a non-essential inspection of their condition, properties and function has been carried out, a reduction in value may be deducted.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.
